Starvation of Leadership in Indian Politics

This is very surprising result for incredible India which almost changed the position of Congress party in Indian politics I feel that this is not because of governance or policy or past performance of Congress rather than this is the failure of leadership in BJP and its alliances. Those leaders are not capable to meet their people expectation, their demand and their respect. There are many more political parties in this list and the politician those who are not working for our Indian People dream.
They are still not talking about the development of people, better medical facility, Solution for better Infrastructure – water, electricity, Road and even they are not addressing our day to day problem.
Now, this is our responsibility to understand that why they are still talking about those issues? Is this Illiteracy or Society Structure or something else? How long do we want to proceed with these issues in our elections? Do we need better leadership?
Are we able to overcome these challenges?

2009 election result might capable to give some time to Indian Leadership for introspection and motivation for those who have heard the voice of their people like Shiela Dixit, Nitish Kumar and few more.

I feel that in this election, the role of Caste politics has gone down and caste could not play as effective role as in earlier elections. One more important thing is noticeable that youth brigade in Congress has played a significant role. I expect that, the next five years government will try to bring reforms especially in banking, education and infrastructure sector. Now left parties would not be able to hold back government policies. We can hope for the better India, depending how Manmohan Singh government is willing to move forward.
